We offer individually wrapped meat as well as quarter and half processed orders. We use Pohlmans Meet Processing in Terre Haute, IN for all our processing. They are a federally inspected facility and we have been very pleased with the quality of their work.
Beef sold in the store comes from our cattle that have been hand selected by using ultrasound data that help determine the right fat content and marbling to ensure we provide you only the best quality.

Directions:
From Lawrenceville IL take Route 1 North to the Pinkstaff Road approx 7 miles (road number 1540 N). Turn right (East) and go through Pinkstaff about a mile out of town to the Derr Cemetery. Take a Left (North) at the cemetery (Derr Road) and you will drive one mile on pavement and then the road turns to gravel. Keep going on the gravel road, the farm and store are located about 3/4 miles down the road on the left hand side. There are signs at every corner, but please call if you have any questions.
